The Askitis Institute has been seeing patients for 37 years, across Athens and Cyprus. That kind of history earns trust in person, one consultation at a time — the website had to carry the same trust online, where first impressions are made in seconds.

Web design for a delicate subject. Most people arriving at askitis.gr are searching for answers to questions they may never have said out loud. We designed the site for exactly that visitor: a calm, credible, discreet environment where sensitive topics are presented with clinical seriousness — never sensationalism — and where the next step, booking an appointment or calling the counseling line, is always visible and never pushy.

Structure for an enormous body of work. Three decades of therapies, articles, talks, media appearances and publications had to become navigable: clear treatment pages organized by topic, the Institute’s scientific team, the doctor’s public and media work, and contact paths for both countries — Greece and Cyprus — each with their own details, organized so a first-time visitor in distress and a returning reader both find their way in seconds.

A digital home that matches the doctor’s public standing: authoritative where the subject demands it, human where the visitor needs it — and a place where difficult first steps are made a little easier.
